Jean
M. Mahserjian, Esq.
Jean Mahserjian received
her juris doctorate, magna cum laude, in 1985 from Albany Law School at Union
University. After holding various legal
positions, Jean opened
her own office in 1991 and has
practiced primarily in the fields of New York matrimonial
and family law since that time. Her office provides
services encompassing all issues pertaining
to New York divorce, separation, child custody, child
support, spousal support, and property distribution,
as well as IRS problem cases.
Jean has been counsel to the Town of Clifton Park
Industrial Development Agency since 1995, and she is also special counsel to
the Saratoga County Industrial Development Agency.
Jean is a member of the Family Law Section of the New
York Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Saratoga County Bar
Association, and the Italian
American Bar Association.
While at Albany Law School, Jean received the
Daniel J. Brewer Scholarship, awarded to the
outstanding first year student, and participated
in law review and moot court. Jean completed
a summer session in comparative legal studies
at the University in Athens, Greece and was
employed as a summer clerk at Cahill, Gordon
and Reindel in both their New York City and
Washington D.C. offices.
After
law school Jean commenced a judicial clerkship
for the Honorable Howard A. Levine, then at
the Supreme Court Appellate Division, Third
Department. Upon completion of her clerkship,
she commenced employment at DeGraff, Foy, Conway,
Holt-Harris & Mealy, a large full service
Albany, New York law firm. While at DeGraff
Foy, Jean was engaged primarily in litigation
in the fields of commercial, criminal, family,
and personal injury law.
Jean
is a 1977 graduate of Colonie Central High School.
She received her undergraduate degree in 1981
in History with honors, from Allegheny College
in Meadville, Pennsylvania.
Jean resides, with her husband and children,
in Clifton Park New York.

Elizabeth A. Bell, Esq.
Elizabeth Bell graduated in 2006 from Albany Law School of Union University in Albany, New York.
Liz's studies at Albany Law School included a concentration in Family and Elder Law. She further pursued those
interests with an internship with Judge Margaret Walsh at the Albany County Family Court,
an internship with the Government Law Center at Albany Law School, and
an internship with the New York State Advocate for Persons with Disabilities.
Liz graduated from Siena College, cum laude, in 2003. While at Siena she distinguished herself as a Presidential
Scholar, and through memberships in various honor societies, including Psi Chi and Pi Gamma Mu.
