How should I present proof that I have my child more than ‘primary custodian’?

Question:
What type of evidence does a judge/court case prefer when ‘proving’ time spent with the child? Text messages, phone calls, video (ring camera), photos of child on phone (time stamped)?
What is the best way to present evidence to prove I have my child.
Long story short, I shot myself in the foot trying to speak with the other parent about a new order. The other parent agreed as long as I don’t ask for support, which I agreed to. We were writing up papers when I received a petition in the mail to limit my nights to 1 day a week when the child is here 5 or 6.
Answer:
I strongly recommend that you consult with an experienced attorney and file a petition seeking a custody order that comports with your current schedule. You will be able to present evidence at trial to show what the schedule has been. Your child can also tell his/her attorney where they sleep most of the time.
