Joe Capisciolti is a seasoned attorney with a diverse legal background and a client-centered approach to practice. With licenses to practice in Florida, Ontario (Canada), and New York (pending September Admission), Joe brings a cross-border perspective to his work, offering strategic counsel in the areas of the law that he practices.
Joe earned his Juris Doctor (JD) from Florida Coastal School of Law in May 2014, graduating in the top 15% of his class. During law school, he was twice named to the Dean’s List and actively participated in the Public Interest Bureau. He also served as a Research Assistant and completed a legal internship at the Office of the Public Defender in Jacksonville, Florida.
Prior to law school, Joe completed his undergraduate studies at York University in Toronto, earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Honors) in Law and Society with a minor in Sociology.
Joe is licensed to practice law in three jurisdictions: Florida (admitted in 2014), Ontario, Canada (admitted in 2017), and New York (pending admission in September, 2025). His multi-jurisdictional qualifications allow him to serve a broad range of clients with confidence and precision.
Joe’s legal practice spans several key areas, with a focus on matrimonial law, estate planning, and business law. In matrimonial law, he provides compassionate guidance through divorce proceedings, custody and support matters, and prenuptial or postnuptial agreements. His estate planning services cover wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and succession strategies tailored to individual and family needs. In the realm of business law, Joe advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and strategic business planning.
Joe is known for his thoughtful legal analysis, practical solutions, and unwavering dedication to his clients’ goals. Whether guiding entrepreneurs through complex transactions or helping families plan for the future, he brings clarity and compassion to every case.
Outside of the office, Joe enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two children. He values family, community, and the simple joys of everyday life.
