Ex-Spouse Monitoring Your Phone
In the event of an ex-spouse monitoring your phone, you should contact law enforcement right away. Watch this video to learn more.
What should I do if I believe my ex-spouse is monitoring my phone?
Electronic monitoring can be a form of stalking, and it’s illegal. If you believe that someone is monitoring you electronically, you should contact law enforcement. You should also consider turning off your phone, getting a new phone or, at a very minimum, changing all your passwords and settings, including any setting that might share your location with any other device or account. If you feel like you are being stalked, you can file a family offense petition in your local family court to seek an order of protection.
