Unable to See Your Daughter and GranddaughterQuestion:

My daughter and granddaughter live with the father if the baby and his family. I am very worried because he is on all types of medication and every time my daughter wants to bring her daughter to see me he loses his temper and threatens to stop me from seeing them. The only reason my daughter agrees with him is because she is afraid of him and his family. Is there anything i can do on my part being I’m her mother and the grandmother to her daughter.

Answer:

If your daughter does not want to be there, she can move in with you – assuming you have the room for her. But, she should consult with an attorney to find out what her rights and responsibilities are.
